We want you to be happy with every Prompted Space purchase, and we offer refunds on our digital products. You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

If something isn’t right with your purchase, contact us through our Contact page, tell us what happened, and we’ll sort it out.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take several business days to show the refund.

Free resources, such as the AI Content Starter Kit, are not purchases, so there is nothing to refund.
